Participants who enrol in a course under MetaDent Academy’s installment payment plan are required to complete all payments according to the agreed payment schedule provided upon registration.
All outstanding course fees must be settled in full before a course completion certificate is issued. Certificates with CPD accreditation will be released upon fulfilment of the applicable course completion requirements and verification of full payment. Participants may be required to provide proof of payment where necessary.
Monthly installments should be settled within the respective month and should not be repeatedly delayed or carried forward without prior arrangement with the academy.
Payment reminders will be sent via WhatsApp during the first week of each month as a courtesy reminder. Participants remain responsible for ensuring timely payment, regardless of whether a reminder has been received.
MetaDent Academy understands that occasional payment delays may occur. Participants who experience difficulties making payment are encouraged to inform the academy as early as possible.
Late payment penalties may be imposed at the academy’s discretion, depending on the circumstances and duration of the delay. Repeated or prolonged payment delays without prior communication may result in further action by the academy.
Participants are responsible for keeping their contact details, including their WhatsApp number, accurate and up to date. Any requests to amend the agreed installment schedule must be communicated to and approved by MetaDent Academy.
By enrolling under the installment payment plan, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. MetaDent Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of repeated or prolonged payment delays.
